Tranquility Preset for Tipper 0.0.0.3

Description: Preset for tipper, for use with dialog protocols only (still no support for irc, weather).

Uses some tipper/variables’ features, which allows it:
Show relative date (yesterday/today/tomorrow);
Count days left till birthday;
Show metacontact info (all protocols/logins/statuses), mark default contact with "»";
Show ’last seen’ info (based on seenTS value, so you may need to update seenplugin.dll or use it’s modern analogues like buddy expectator) for offline contacts, ‘online since’ and ‘idle since’ - for online ones;

Preset doesn’t show status message and xstatus (1st - because each tooltip will request that message for some protocols, so it’s not completely ‘stealth’ and may spawn popups on remote client; 2nd - because it’s only icq-specific feature; may be changed in future).

Todo:
Add support for weather, MUC protocols;
Add age field;
Add status message field with ‘stealth’ request (requests only if remote contacts sees you).

How to use:
Import ini file using dbe++ plugin and restart miranda
OR
place it into miranda’s root folder. Focus any miranda window - it should ask you if you want to import it or not (if miranda doesn’t show anything, your mirandaboot.ini was modified and you should know how to revert it yourself :) ). Restart miranda.
Don’t forget to backup if you want to save your previous settings.

Install development unicode version (using unicode core, of course), since tipper exists in ‘unicode-only’ version. If you’re getting any garbage in tooltip, it means that you need to update variables plugin (even if it has the same version number - it may not reflect some small but visible changes made in the dll).

AccuWeather Hourly QuickFix 1

Description: So I’m firing up my Miranda today and… OH NO, MY WEATHER FORCAST IS GONE T_T
I’m so addicted to it, how will I live now not knowing wherever it’ll rain
8 hours form now or not >_<

Here’s a lil quick fix for AccuWeather HOURLY ini file originally done by Pit.
It seems AccuWeather has a new design following ’no tables’ style [cramming
everything into divs]

To install this, simply copy it to plugins/weather folder.

If Pit ever updates his ini files, he is more then welcome to use this. No
need to waste time twice on this

Notes:
-The search is set for AccuWeather INTERNATIONAL. That means no US or Canada
cities are likely to be found. If you wish to add one of these you’ll have to
change search ini settings to match AccuWeather’s US&Canada search results.

This applies ONLY to adding NEW weather stations, old ones should be unaffected.

mToolTip Template 1.02

Description: mToolTip is very nifty freeware plugin done by bankrupt that lets you see lots of
information just by hovering your mouse over a contact on your contact list.
It is very highly customizable, but perhaps due to that fact it might be quite
difficult for some people to set up decently, as default settings leave a lot
to wish for.

Here’ s my template for this plug-in [feel invited to take a look at the
screenshot]. It won’t fit everybody, nor does it support all the available
protocols - after all it’s something I did for myself to suit my needs.

The protocols it was test with are as follow: MSN, AIM, GG, MetaContacts,
WorldTime, Weather. It will work with most IM protocols that the plugin captures
variables from by default.

So what exactly does it show?

Description: Tipper settings optimized for protocols:

  • Gadu-Gadu
  • Tlen
  • Icq
  • Jabber
    It contains basic labels, without things like language or interest witch are mostly no useful in tooltip.

    Installation:
  • extract .ini file to main Miranda directory
    *- restart Miranda
  • click "yes" on appearing question

    • optional if question do not appear immediately

    Plik zawiera standardowe pola, bez informacji o np. języku czy zainteresowaniach które są raczej mało pożyteczne w tipie.

    Instalacja:
  • wypakuj plik .ini do głównego folderu mirandy
    *- zrestartuj Mirande
  • kliknij "tak" gdy pojawi się pytanie czy dodać ustawienia do bazy

Tipper Presets by Wonder 1.1

Description: Presets of display and variables for plug-in Tipper (it is created on version 0.2.3.1).
Languages Russian and English.
Variables only for ICQ protocol.

In a file it is introduced order (unlike that that you receive export from DB), therefore it is possible to find the necessary records, to change them and to add new.

Installation: to copy an ini-file in the catalogue with Miranda, to restart and agree to add records in base.

Предустановки оформления и переменных для плагина Tipper (создано на версии 0.2.3.1).
Языки русский и английский.
Переменные только для ICQ протокола.

В файле наведен порядок(в отличие от того что получаешь экспортом из DB), поэтому не составит труда найти нужные записи, изменить их и добавить новые.

Установка: скопировать ini-файл в каталог с Мирандой, перезапустить и согласиться добавить записи в базу.
