but with background picture and without difference between active and inactive message window frame.
Background picture edited with XnView’s filters. All other graphics, just like in Firt Skin, made with MS Paint and converted into PNG with IvfanView.

Description: INI files for Weather Protocol that retrieve weather info from AccuWeather International (wwwa.accuweather.com).
There are four ini files:
AccuWeather.ini - current weather and forecast for 6 hours
AccuWeather_15day.ini - weather forecast for 15 days.
AccuWeather_hourly.ini - weather forecast for next 8 hours
AccuWeather_5day.ini - weather forecast for 5 days (including morning/evening data)

Use with IEView or Smileyadd.
I decided to do this because walla’s pack only has a few smileys and caramba’s ones have white background.
These are PNG with transparent background ;)
I got them from Pidgin 2.0.1
