Weather Channel XML Support for Weather 0.3.2.7

Description: Adds support for the Weather Channel XML feed to noname’s Weather Plugin. This XML feed is 10X faster and transfers 10X less data compared to the default Weather Channel supplied with Weather 0.3.1.0.
