Installation:
extract .ini file to main Miranda directory
*- restart Miranda
click "yes" on appearing question
optional if question do not appear immediately

Description: i’ve been using those MSN smileys for all or my protocols for quite a while now, and just a week ago discovered that i can assign different emoticons to different protocols..
anyway, i’ve been looking for Skype emoticons for miranda and couldn’t find any - so i’ve downloaded the original Skype emoticons from the Skype site and the rest is history..
just thought some of you would find it useful as i do :)

Description: Presets of display and variables for plug-in Tipper (it is created on version 0.2.3.1). Languages Russian and English.
Variables only for ICQ protocol.
In a file it is introduced order (unlike that that you receive export from DB), therefore it is possible to find the necessary records, to change them and to add new.
Installation: to copy an ini-file in the catalogue with Miranda, to restart and agree to add records in base.
