1.you can replace icons with resource hacker.

-unzip it
-extract files from miranda resources.zip in resulting "batchmod" directory
-Put original miranda32.exe in "_IN" folder
-press modify.cmd
-grab modified miranda32 from "_OUT" folder
-enjoy ;)

requirements:
Weather Protocol at least Version 0.3.5.11

clist_nicer or clist_modern
installation:
-unzip archive in your main miranda directory or manually put images from it in plugins/weather folder.
-make sure weather protocol is marked as active in customize->contact pictures (do not specify a path to image for it) and avatars are enabled in your clist options.
-restart miranda
if images aren’t shown reset them from contact menu->contact picture. If this won’t help feel free to express your fillings in http://forums.miranda-im.org/showthread.php?t=4425
