ICQ invisible icon with eye 1.1
Description: This invisible icon is based on Miranda’s default ICQ online icon. But instead of dimming the icon like the original one I decided to put an eye onto it to better distinguish between an online contact being idle and an invisible contact not being idle.
The icon is provided as an .ico file and embedded into the original proto_ICQ.dll.
